80-hour general UAS Flight School that provides hands-on flight training on multiple airframes to prepare students for a UAS operations career.  Personnel  travel to the Pendleton UAS range in Pendleton, OR, for flight instruction

Key course elements include:

  • Aircraft systems and maintenance
  • Aviation safety and Airmanship
  • Plan and execute UAS missions, both general and specific
  • Sensor operations (General and specific industry use cases)

Flight Camp introduces students to multiple unmanned aircraft incrementally increasing student knowledge and flight proficiency.  Flight Camp serves as a follow-on course for UP3 attendees or an invaluable way to gain additional unmanned flight skills for students with prior experience.
